env -- languardian specific
Interactively shows and allows you to modify the auto boot environment
variables.

env [/d]
- Parameters

- Resets to the default environment.
- Example
- To change the ethernet port number for the UUNET LanGuardian to
00.C0.87.12.34.56, enter the env command. Each line
of the default environment listed above will be displated for
modification. Editting of the ethernet port number begins at the
seventh digit, and the dots must be entered also.
Ethernet port 0 = 00.C0.87.xx.xx.xx
Ethernet port 1 = 00.C0.87.xx.xx.xx
Auto boot = Y
Auto boot timeout = 10
Boot Device = 10
Boot Spec =
Enter y to update the NVRAM and save the changes to the
environment.

- The default environment for the UUNET LanGuardian is:
Ethernet port 0 = 00.C0.87.xx.xx.xx
Ethernet port 1 = 00.C0.87.xx.xx.xx

Note that the ethernet port number is a unique number, based on teh
board serial number, and the first six digits are fixed.
